The Full Jeti Range of printers come supplied with a comprehensive package of components to aid in the printing process whilst maintaining high quality results.
Spectra Print Heads
12 Spectra Print heads on the Jeti 3312, 24 Spectra Print heads on the Jeti 3324, Jeti 5024 and 48 on the Jeti 3348 UV RTR Series and X2 series UV Flatbed give great speed and reliability. Safety voltage switch in head compartment allows operator to switch off only power to the head and not the main power and work in this area without any danger of getting shocked.
Mesh Adaptors
This unique feature allows the operator to print on perforated media's without smearing the backside of the material.
Bulk Ink System
The Jeti is designed with the ability for inks to flow smoothly and consistently. This helps in preventing constant drop outs and blockage common to many other systems. The bulk ink system enables the user to replenish the ink supplies with out stopping the machines, sensors detect ink levels and display the current levels on the fly.
Intuitive User Interface
a) Ripped images can be stored (up to 80 GB) and viewed as thumbnails. Then simply drag and drop the desired images for printing. b) It is possible to take ripped files stored and adjust color, crop, rotate, mirror, scale (up to 400%), auto nest images (up to 128 images) all in the user interface. c) The user interface is written In Java allowing communication with any popular operating system, which allows the operator send prints to the Jeti from any computer on the network.

Lo-Hi Vacuum System
The unique Hi Vacuum System is one example of ensuring smooth ink flow by removing air bubbles automatically from the ink. The Lo Vacuum system keeps ink suspended in the heads thus preventing ink overflow.
Material Handling
a) On the Jeti 3.3 the unwind roller uses air pressure to lock the rolls of materials in place which guarantees traction and tensioning that eliminates slippage. b) Installation of a new roll is very quick and easy due to its positioning on both models. c) The take up rollers allow rolling materials on a core or simply having it roll out in the production area. d) High quality and durable SST motors are used for the rewind, stepper, and unwind roller system.e) Optional rewind station is available for the Jeti 3.3 model allowing to rewind larger full rolls.
